Raven's Revitality Nest Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours):

- Charge a 50% fee

• No shows:

- Charge 100% of the session fee, or​

- Offer no refund unless there was an emergency.

2. Refund Policy

• Non-refundable after service is provided: Once a massage is completed, it is usually non-refundable.​

3. Emergency Exceptions

​

• If a client cancels due to an emergency or illness, you may offer a one-time waiver or allow a reschedule without penalty. This shows compassion and builds trust.

4. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations

•  If I have to cancel:

- I will offer a full refund or

- Reschedule at no additional cost, potentially with a discount or added time.​
